Enclomiphene is an oral medication that stimulates the body’s natural production of testosterone. It may be prescribed for men with secondary hypogonadism when your provider determines it is appropriate.
Enclomiphene may be prescribed to help stimulate your body’s own testosterone production when clinically appropriate. Unlike traditional testosterone replacement therapy, it may be better suited for some men who want to preserve fertility. Your Ivím provider will consider your labs, symptoms, health history, and goals when determining whether enclomiphene is appropriate for you.
The Enclomiphene capsule is taken orally and can be taken with or without food. Take it exactly as prescribed by your Ivím provider and follow the instructions provided with your individualized treatment plan.
Ivím’s Men’s Hormone Health program provides individualized care built around your symptoms, health history, and lab results. If enclomiphene is appropriate for you, your provider can prescribe treatment and monitor your response over time, with follow-up labs and adjustments based on your individual needs.
Enclomiphene should not be used if you have a known allergy to enclomiphene or clomiphene, or a history of breast or prostate cancer unless specifically directed by your treating specialist. It should be used with caution and close medical supervision in patients with active liver disease, significant elevations in cholesterol or triglycerides, or a history of blood clots or cardiovascular disease.
